Research Interests:

Present: ice shelf-ocean interaction, ice dissolving vs melting, ice-ocean boundary layer structure, ice shelf-ocean modelling

Past: circulation in the Arctic Ocean (paths of freshwater and Atlantic Water, multiyear variability, links to large scale atmosphere circulation patterns) in coupled global ocean modelling & observations
